Folks, NVease is now open for voting in this June’s primary. Yes, you heard me right, it’s online, NOW and people are using it to vote.

Here’s the link for more information:

https://www.nvsos.gov/ease/easepages/overview.aspx

It says it’s available for folks to vote now if they meet the following criteria:

Nevada uniformed service members and their families,

Citizens outside the U.S.,

Nevada residents with disabilities, and

Tribal members who reside on an Indian reservation or Indian colony.

What’s wrong with allowing people to vote electronically? Well, anything electronic across the web has been and will be hacked. Nothing is safe, certainly not your vote. So now, from the comfort of China or anywhere else in the world, folks can vote in our elections.

Are they legitimate voters?

Who knows, it’s not like election officials here use IDs, or signature verification, or chain of custody, clean voter rolls, or follow any of the election laws here in Nevada, so why not vote from a computer? It’s literally the honor system. It’s disgusting. They have so little regard for our votes they make this available to the world.

You see, they say citizens outside of the US can use this, right? Do they mean Nevadans traveling outside of the US, or citizens of China, Iran, etc.?

There’s nothing wrong with military personnel overseas filling out a ballot and mailing it back, or with indefinitely confined folks as well, but someone with disabilities? Hear me out before you lose your mind; a real disability, of course, should have accommodations, but have you looked to see what qualifies as a disability? It could be a headache, a strained butt muscle from trying to push out a fart, or any other nonsensical thing you can think of. Why? Well, it’s not quite defined in the NAC or NRS what a disability is. Read them for yourself below.

NRS 426.068  “Disability” defined.  “Disability” means, with respect to a person:

1.  A physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the person;

2.  A record of such an impairment; or

3.  Being regarded as having such an impairment.

NAC 293.206  Use of system of approved electronic transmission by a person with a disability to register to vote and apply for and cast ballot: Eligibility. (NRS 293.124, 293.247, 293.250, 293.269951)  For the purposes of NRS 293.269951, an elector with a disability may use the system of approved electronic transmission established pursuant to NRS 293D.200 to register to vote, and a registered voter with a disability may use the system of approved electronic transmission established pursuant to NRS 293D.200 to apply for and cast a ballot, if the elector or registered voter, as applicable:

1.  Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the elector or registered voter;

2.  Has a record of such an impairment; or

3.  Is regarded as having such an impairment.

Who regards them as having a disability? It’s the honor system….

Here are screenshots showing this is live now, people can use it, and it can be so easily taken advantage of. They have made a total mockery of our elections. This is wide open for fraud and abuse. It’s truly disgusting, this isn’t about good intentions this is about carelessness, incompetence, or possibly just outright corruption.

Here it is in all it’s glory:

For any election servant who says it’s safe, they’re delusional. A nefarious actor could grab the voter rolls, grab the names, and birthdates right from the voter rolls, jump on the dark web, grab the last four digits of voters social and start voting for one to 3 million Nevadans. No, I’m not exaggerating; if nefarious actors wanted to mock us, they easily could.

Additionally, once they cast a vote in your name, we know it’s nearly impossible to have the ROV remove the vote and let you vote even with ID in hand proving you are who you say you are. In other words, once someone votes for you, good luck trying to cast a vote yourself. Our elections are a straight-up sick joke.
