Ever witnessed an audit of Brown’s budget or an audit of the Cares Campus spending in Washoe County? No? Well, neither have I, my friend.

The scene unfolding in Washoe is nothing short of a dark comedy. You can almost hear the “Cops” theme song playing in the background: “Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?” Honestly, you don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to decipher this madness.

Behold the absurdity of comparing the Clark County 2024 budget to Washoe County’s budget. Clark County boasts a hefty $1.95 billion for 2024, while Washoe’s is a cool $1.06 billion. But, oh, the irony! Clark County’s population in 2021 was 2.3 million, while Washoe had a mere 493,000 souls. Do the math, and you’ll find that Washoe County’s population is only 21.43% of Clark County’s, yet its budget is a whopping 54.36% of Clark’s!

So, where is all that money going? It’s like a magician’s trick, but far more sinister.

Last week, County Manager Brown-Stain told us he can spend $300,000 without a commissioner vote. Still, we’re waiting for that elusive document that says he can. Surely they can show us the statute or rule, right? But hey, I’m just a common-sense kind of guy.

The real question is, how much can each assistant county manager spend, and how many times have they done so? Oh, they must be quaking in their boots!

It’s clear we need a line-by-line audit, just like we’d have to undergo for a loan or an IRS audit. These people are crooks, plain and simple. Corruption is running rampant, and we must put an end to it.

The Cares Campus, with its circus tent lacking heating or air conditioning, allegedly cost over $100 million. Are we really that gullible? Brown-Stain and Hill-Insky are approving millions for various projects, but where’s the audit? Is it not a conflict that Hill-Insky sits on the investment board for the Cares Campus and votes millions of dollars for it?

Why wouldn’t she disclose that? Now that we’ve exposed it, where’s the investigation?

The Hill-Insky and Hillary Schieve connection needs auditing too. There’s so much to uncover, and the people are lining up against Brown-Stain, Hill-Insky, and Hillary. They might be playing the victim now, but soon, they’ll be investigated for real, then watch what really comes out about them.

So, back to the original question: how do we have over half the budget of Clark County with only 21% of the population? Where does all the money really go? We should all be asking these questions.

My fellow Nevadans, it’s time for peaceful action. Let’s demand answers and hold them accountable. The curtain is about to fall on this dark comedy, and we must make sure justice is served.

P.S.

Remember, none of these budgets include the billions in the education budgets either…..Where is all the money, honey?

Oh, and, where is Eric Brown? Why isn’t he at work? You might want to look into it.
