So the gossip around the county is that I lied about what Cari Ann Burgess said during our tour of the ROV.
Now telling these people she will never talk to me again.
Now, anyone who knows me knows I only say what I can prove or what someone reputable says they can prove.
So, in the spirit of 100% transparency and bringing the receipts as I always do, I am going to post our entire recording of the walkthrough here for the world to listen to.
On this tour, which took place on 5/20/24, it was myself, my lawyer, our election observation leader, Cari Ann the ROV, and Herb Caplan, the county’s attorney.
In this audio recording, you will hear her discuss how thumb drives are never to be used except on election night, the processes she is to follow for the election, how we just have to trust her, how she’s not responsible for past elections, just this one, etc.
It’s a must-listen.
It’s also worth mentioning that after this tour, she then lawyered up and never spoke to us again. Only my lawyer could talk to the county attorney.
Who does that?
