Now, I won’t rehash the whole meeting here, but needless to say, it was all recorded. This matters because numerous promises and claims the ROV made have already been broken.

In today’s brief post, I just want to show you one glaring promise made, and how it’s already been broken.

Cari-Ann Burgess told us all that under no circumstances would USB flash drives be plugged into any computer at the ROV like we saw Mike the tech guy do very suspiciously in 2022.

Cari-Ann stated she has no idea why anyone would need to plug in a USB to any computer except on election night to bring in the “votes” from the machines and add them to the count.

She stated they were going to add plugs to all the computers so no one could use flash drives.

That she or others could be fired for using flash drives.

So why are flash drives a worry? Ask any techy. It’s a way that accidentally or on purpose spyware, malware, viruses, etc., can be easily added to a device that then could infect an entire system, end to end.

So after this meeting where Cari-Ann stated no flash drives would be used, guess what one of our observers witnessed?

That’s right—the same Mike, the tech guy, was using a flash drive in the EMS-Tabulation room! He took a concealed flash drive, inserted it into the computer, worked there for several minutes, took the flash drive out, concealed it, and then left.

Nothing suspicious, right? I mean, come on, what’s suspicious about a concealed flash drive put into the computer that houses all the votes, that they say is “air gapped” and not hooked up to the internet, then works on the computer, then takes it out, conceals it, and walks out.

Nothing odd, right? Especially after Cari-Ann said that under no circumstance would this be done.

But what’s worse? It appears to be illegal! According to the NRS and NAC, if they are doing testing, there must be The ROV, and the board accompanying Mike while he’s doing it!

So, full stop.

Where is the ROV, and where is the board? Oh, and where is the secure lockbox the device must be in? WHY IS MIKE ALONE DOING THIS?

So the testing should have been done already, the ROV and board must be present, and the drive must be secured. Folks, come on! Do you see an issue here?

Nothing odd right? Especially after Cari-Ann said under no circumstance would this be done.

So of course, an election violation was sent to the Secretary of State, with no response. Of course, we asked the county attorney, still no response, and the reason the contact at the ROV stated it happened was for risk limiting audit testing? RLA Testing? All that was to be done PRIOR to the start of the election. So what’s really going on?

All we know is Cari-Ann said this wouldn’t be done, then just days later we catch the same guy doing it, again.

You tell me, is this just some wild conspiracy theory or concern to a broken promise?
