For whatever reason, I suspect apathy, laziness, perceived priorities, or fear of being called names, far too many of YOU remain quiet. This must change if YOU want to keep your county and country. This must change if YOU want the life for yourself and family that our founders gave us.
Here is yet another example of how our so-called public servants are serving themselves, or handlers, not we the people. Is DA Hicks involved in this, or has DDA Kandaris simply gone rogue? That is a question each of YOU needs to respectfully ask DA Christopher Hicks.
Here are a few examples of what I am speaking about in this post.
We have recorded audio of DDA Kandaris telling Drew Rebar, myself, and many others that press would not be allowed in the recount area to film and witness the recount. She went as far as to say if Drew didn’t like it, he could simply sue the county!

We saw on July 9th, 2024, DDA Edwards sided with common sense and correct reading of the law in advising the three county commissioners that they need to vote their conscience on whether to vote to approve or deny the canvass of the recount of the vote.

We then saw Vice Chair Herman and Commissioners Andriola and Clark vote not to certify the recount canvass.
We then saw the local and national press say the commissioners were election deniers and a threat to democracy vs. upholding our process of law and versus investigating the claims that led to them not certifying the recount of the canvass.

We then saw the very next day, Commissioner Andriola fold under pressure and call for a revote to then certify the recount canvass rather than to investigate the numerous damning instances of systematic election fraud.

We then saw on July 16th, 2024, Commissioner Andriola brought the revote to a vote, DDA Edwards nowhere to been found, and DDA Kandaris instead at the dias to give horrible legal advice telling the commissioners they had no choice but to certify the recount canvass in stark contrast to DDA Edwards’ legal advice the prior week.

We then saw Commissioners Clark and Andriola tuck tails and cowardly vote to certify the recount of the canvass of the recount.
We heard Commissioner Clark say he was under extreme duress to certify the canvass and was told he could be criminally prosecuted, fined, and removed from office if he did not certify the canvass.
In his explanation as to why he turned cowardice, he additionally failed to state the damning evidence presented to the board that show the votes had been flipped, and the PRE-Lat was never properly done, showing the results cannot be trusted because, number one, the machines were never set up properly first to even count the votes, and secondly, the county’s own cast vote records show the votes were flipped and the results are all b.s. Instead, he talked about minimal issues versus the real issues that plague our county and state.

We saw the incredible patriot, our Mighty Mouse, 84-year-old Vice Chair Jeanne Herman, refuse to certify the recount canvass and stated, “there are hills to ride on and hills to die on; I guess this will be the hill I die on as I cannot certify this recount.” She further said there is no appetite for election integrity with the board or county.

We have seen the DA’s office relentlessly attack me for the evidence we have brought forward, the lawsuits I have brought, and use our tax dollars to fight and attack me versus investigate the election fraud and issues we have uncovered.
I would list the links, but you would be reading all the articles and their words for several days as it’s that voluminous, libelous, and slanderous.
I could keep going for days here on how the DA’s office is simply working against the people versus for the people, how an independent third-party investigator must be brought in to investigate all the evidence of election fraud, yet they continue to work for themselves or their handlers.
Is DDA Kandaris doing this all on her own accord, or is DA Hicks also involved? YOU need to respectfully ask him. Here is his contact info.

You might want to ask him why they are allowing illegal addresses that are shown from their own tax records and their own voter rolls to remain. How they are defending them to remain on the rolls vs. investigating each of them and removing any found illegal. How the NRS clearly shows they have the power and ability to do so, now, not after the election, regardless of the 90-day rule.
I will leave you with this email exchange I had with DDA Kandaris. I am sharing it as she gave me authorization to do so.
You should know, this email was directed to the ROV Burgess, NOT the DA, yet DDA Kandaris stepped in, wrote the responses, and sent them to me, not Burgess.
Additionally, in my initial email to the ROV, it contained 11,485 or so addresses that, according to the county’s own records, that are illegally on the voter rolls. Those addresses are via attachments and NOT included in this post for obvious reasons. They are, however, public record in my lawsuit and in my SCOTUS Writ of Certiorari.

It’s worth mentioning DDA Kandaris again says if I don’t like her response, to again, sue the county. So, in other words, we the people, and I, must sue the county, use my money, to fight against “our money” because she refuses to do her job.

Why are they so scared or so against investigating the numerous claims we bring them?
Does DA Chris Hicks support these tactics? Respectfully ask him.
It’s up to God and us to save our county and country. If YOU remain silent, the loss of both is on YOU.
So there you have it. If we don’t like it, we can sue. They are leaving 11,482 potential fraudulent votes on the rolls and wasting potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars. Why? Who does she really work for? Is DA Hicks on board with this? Respectfully ask him.
Additionally, respectfully ask him if he will honor his oath of office and duty to his constituents by immediately bringing in a third-party investigation of all the election fraud and violations that I and others have put forward to the county commissioners and in my lawsuits.
