Yesterday, I noticed that Nevada Supreme Court Justices Stiglich, Pickering, and Parraguirre, who ruled against me in my case NVSC 87683, also denied my newest petition for rehearing under NRAP Rule 40.

I read their decision and wondered why they denied my rehearing petition. Do you want to read it too? It shouldn’t take you more than a few seconds.

Here it is.

What did you notice?

There was no reason; they simply just denied it. I laughed. At this point, that’s pretty much all you can do. It’s gotten so bad in Nevada—the corruption or complicity or incompetence, whatever you want to call it—that all you can do is laugh when trying to navigate the injustice system and ask criminals for justice.

So, I sent it out to friends of mine—attorneys, judges, retired judges, etc.—just to get their take, thinking maybe I just failed to do a good job, maybe it was my fault, to get another set of eyes on this ordeal and get their take on what had just happened.

They have all read my past filings in this case. Of course, they, like anyone, have opinions on what they liked, didn’t like, etc., but all of them said I 100% did well enough to move the case forward. That under no legal reason or in any legitimate legal world should my case be dismissed. So, knowing their opinions on my past filings and my filing for a rehearing, I got their opinions on the three justices’ latest ruling of denial with no explanation.

Well, all of them said I’d been sold out. Not just me, but all Nevadans. That it’s impossible for them to get it so wrong, again. To summarize what they all said, it was something along the lines of, they have become political whores in dresses, not robes of justice. Now remember, these are some top lawyers and judges who said these things. Not because of their relationship with me and them to make me feel better; they went chapter and verse as to how corrupt these people have become. So, what did I do? I laughed. At this point, it’s all you can do. We’re exposing it all from the top down, bottom up. These three “justices” want no part of fulfilling their oath to you and the Constitution. It’s clear. Make no mistake, they know exactly what they are doing.

So, what’s next?

I’ll file my NRAP Rule 40a Petition for En Banc Reconsideration. This is where I will show all seven justices how wrong these three justices got it again. The four justices who have not yet ruled in my case could then weigh in, and the whole Nevada Supreme Court would reconsider the entire case and make their ruling, whatever it may be. Or, they will follow the suit of the other three justices and sell out every Nevadan, and I’ll then take the case to the Supreme Court of the United States.

There, if SCOTUS accepts it, they can see how Rubber Stamp Russell and these seven justices ruled, make their own comments and opinions on their actions, and then rule for or against me.

So far here in the NV Supreme Court, I have two strikes. First, they ruled against me and sided with Rubber Stamp Russell’s insane ruling. Then, the three justices—Stiglich, Pickering, and Parraguirre—denied my petition for rehearing. Now, I go to the other four justices here in Nevada and see if they will side with the Constitution and rule of law or give me strike three, and I’m out of the NV Injustice System.

This has been a wild and revealing journey through the Nevada Injustice System. Had anyone told me it was this bad from the start, I would have thought them a conspiracy nut for sure. Seeing it firsthand, I can tell you it’s worse than that conspiracy nut would have said. Way worse.

I’m far from done, it’s far from over.
