As you’re aware, my incredible team and I have, since early 2021, been unraveling what transpired in our elections.

We have discovered more than most, if not the most, of any team or individual in the country.

After years of trying to get the county, law enforcement, etc., to meaningfully address the issues we’ve uncovered, I was compelled to sue the county and three of its officers.

They, defended by the county district attorney with all our tax resources, demonstrate a significant issue—it’s definitely not a favorable situation.

However, on November 20th at 1:30 PM in Carson City First District Judicial Court, Department One under Judge Russell, I’ll have what I hope is the first of many days in court exposing our findings.

The DA has filed motions for dismissal and sanctions. I have filed numerous motions, pleadings, responses, etc., and on the 20th, the judge will hear my motion to change the venue from Carson City, where an unbiased trial is impossible as the evidence shows.

It’s also possible I may have to argue against their motion for dismissal and sanctions depending on how the judge conducts his court.

Regardless, truth, being akin to cream, will rise to the surface and be revealed on the 20th.

We’ll all get to hear the DA’s arguments as to why the defendants have no duty to adhere to the law, or face consequences for breaking it. We’ll hear my arguments as to why the case should move forward, and then we’ll all see what the judge decides.

The major tenets of a legitimate election system are every legal vote being counted legitimately, and transparency-accountability in our election process.

Currently, we have neither of these.

Our proposed court orders were filed on Friday (in D1, each party has to draft court orders they hope the judge will sign off on), they provide a good starting point, concisely as to why our case should move forward.
